Laura Harding has an extensive background in ambulatory surgery center business operations. She graduated from Akron University in Ohio, and has been a member of the San Diego community since 1992. She is responsible for all business aspects of the surgery center, including accounts receivable and payable, coding, billing, human resources and corporate compliance.
